Hosting Scene absolutely does NOT TOLERATE spam coming from any of our servers. Any account found to be sending out spam will have their account terminated immediately without warning or notice (however we will investigate before terminiation is issued). You will not be subject to a refund as this is a violation of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy. We will also report your actions to any local and/or state officials and you will be prosecuted with the full extent of the law.
