I have forgotten my password, what now?




If you are having problems remembering your password for cPanel account, simple submit a ticket to our Support Department with the following information:

  1. The domain name for the account.
  2. The first and last name of the account holder.
  3. The last 4 digits of your last credit card payment or PayPal transaction ID.
Once we have all the correct information, we will issue a replacement password.
